This intaglio print is based on a photo of my mom in Yellow Springs, near John Bryan State Park. The pose she chose is one of supplication, hands raised and palms facing upward, ready to receive. This etching depicts the spiritual aspect of being immersed in nature, embodied in my beautiful mom. Printed with soy-based Akua ink on Stonehenge paper.
